How Do I Pay

We ask our regular customers to pay by Standing Order. This ensures that payment is always made on time and you never miss a clean.

  1. Standing Order.   To set up a Standing Order please email to ask for a form, or use the details below.  Please give the first line of your address as a reference for your payment.

If you do not want to set up a Standing Order, we will ask for your debit or credit card details, which we will hold on file.  The card will be debited if you do not pay cash on the day of the clean, or by bank transfer or Paypal within 5 days of the clean.

Please note there is a £1.50 charge for debit or credit card payments

  1. Online Banking Transfer.  Make a transfer to: The Kung Fu Cleaning Company Ltd, sort code: 20-35-35, account number: 23572781.    Please give the first line of your address as a reference for your payment.

  2. Paypal. If you would like to pay by paypal, please send a payment to info@kungfucleaning.co.uk.  Remember to write a note to let us know which address you are paying for.  Alternatively email us to request a paypal invoice.

Please note: we no longer accept Cheque payments

 

Why do we charge for card payments?

The majority of our customers are able to pay electronically, by Standing Order and we believe that the saving to us of receiving payment in this way should be passed on to them.   Card payments cost us money & time to process.  In order to avoid passing these costs on to all customers, regardless of how they pay, we levy a charge only on customer who pay by methods which cost us more.
If you are unable to pay electronically, but wish to avoid any payment charges, you can pay cash on the day of your clean.  If you are out, you can arrange a safe place to leave the cash on your property on the day of your clean, and we will pick it up when we clean.

Please note that we will be unable to clean again until the balance from each window clean has been cleared.
