How Do I Pay

Payment for your window cleaning should be received within 5 days of our service.
We offer several easy payment options:

  1. Standing Order.  Most customers choose to pay by monthly standing order.  To set up a Standing Order please email to ask for a form, or use the details below.  Please give the first line of your address as a reference for your payment.
  2. Online Banking Transfer.  Make a transfer to: The Kung Fu Cleaning Company Ltd, sort code: 20-35-35, account number: 23572781.    Please give the first line of your address as a reference for your payment.
  3. Cash. You can pay in cash on the day of your clean.
  4. Paypal. If you would like to pay by paypal, please send a payment to info@kungfucleaning.co.uk.  Remember to write a note to let us know which address you are paying for.  Alternatively email us to request a paypal invoice.
  5. Credit/Debit card.  Call us on 0845 351 1551 and give your card details.  Please note there is a £1.50 charge for this method of payment
  6. Cheque.    You can post a cheque to us.  Please write your address on the back of the cheque.  Please note – there is a £2.00 charge for this method of cleaning.

 

Why do we charge for card & cheque payments?

The majority of our customers are able to pay electronically, and we believe that the saving to us of receiving payment in this way should be passed on to them.   Card & cheque payments cost us money & time to process.  In order to avoid passing these costs on to all customers, regardless of how they pay, we levy a charge on customer who pay by methods which cost us more.
If you are unable to pay electronically, but wish to avoid any payment charges, you can pay cash on the day of your clean.  If you are out, you can arrange a safe place to leave the cash on your property on the day of your clean, and we will pick it up when we clean.

Please note that we will be unable to clean again until the balance from each window clean has been cleared.
